Data Deletion (Right to Erasure)
Procedures for permanent data deletion in compliance with GDPR Article 17 and Uzbekistan Data Protection Law.
1. Right to Erasure (GDPR Art. 17)
Every user has the statutory right to request the permanent and irreversible erasure of all personal data collected about them. You can submit an official request via this page or immediately delete your account in Profile Settings.
2. What Data is Permanently Deleted?
Upon execution of the request, the following data is permanently purged: (a) User account, full name, password, email, and contact methods; (b) Portfolio submissions, biography, and external profile links; (c) All direct messages, saved feed filters, and Telegram bot connections.
3. Legal Retention Requirements (Exceptions)
In accordance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and statutory financial audit obligations, transaction invoices and financial payment histories are maintained in an anonymized financial archive for 5 years.
4. Execution Timeline and Tracking
Upon submitting a request, you will receive a unique tracking ticket (e.g., DEL-2026-XXXXXX). In compliance with international standards, the complete erasure process is carried out within at most 30 calendar days.
