When using our platform, we may collect: (a) Registration data: full name, email address, avatar; (b) Designer profile data: date of birth, specialized categories, portfolio links, Telegram handle; (c) Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, and necessary cookies.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
Your data is processed strictly to: manage user accounts, facilitate creative contests between clients and designers, ensure platform security and fraud prevention, process billing, and comply with legal requirements.
4. Storage and Security
Data is safeguarded using TLS/SSL encryption and stored on secure cloud database servers (Supabase). We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third-party advertising brokers.
5. Minor and Under-18 Privacy
The platform is accessible from age 14. Private details such as phone numbers and dates of birth of users under 18 are never publicly disclosed and are shielded by strict confidentiality rules.
6. User Rights & Data Deletion (GDPR)
Users hold the right to access, rectify, export, or permanently delete their personal data ("Right to be forgotten"). Account deletion can be performed via Account Settings or by emailing [email protected] with execution within 30 days.
