This document constitutes a binding public agreement between you and "Mydon". By creating an account or browsing the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

Mydon operates as an independent aggregator of remote freelance job postings and a host for design contests. Third-party listings link directly to their original source platforms.

3. Registration and Account Security

Users are responsible for providing authentic information and maintaining the security of their credentials. Fraudulent, duplicate, or deceptive accounts are strictly prohibited.

4. Contests and Intellectual Property

Design entries submitted to contests remain the intellectual property of the submitting designer. Exclusive commercial rights transfer to the client only upon winning selection and prize settlement.

5. Fees and Transparent Pricing

All pricing tiers, subscriptions, and contest prize amounts are displayed transparently without hidden surcharges. All transactions are securely processed via registered payment providers.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, employ unauthorized automated scrapers or bots, or attempt to compromise platform security.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Mydon is not liable for transactions or disputes arising on external freelance exchanges.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
