1. Scope of Policy

This refund policy applies to all monetary transactions conducted on the "Mydon" platform, including PRO subscription fees and contest prize deposits.

2. PRO Subscription Refunds (14-Day Guarantee)

Users are entitled to a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days of subscribing to any PRO plan without stating reasons, provided no terms of service violations occurred.

3. Contest Prize Pool Refunds

If a client's contest receives zero eligible submissions by the expiration deadline, the client is entitled to a full 100% refund of the prize deposit. If eligible entries have been submitted, the prize is non-refundable to honor designer labor.

4. Refund Timeline and Processing

Requests submitted to [email protected] are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are remitted to the original payment method (Payme, Click, Visa/MasterCard) within 5–10 business days.

5. Disqualification Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued to accounts terminated or suspended for fraudulent conduct or malicious terms violations.
